2024 EMO AT4 PRO upgraded mid mounted V3.0 differential lock servo protection system with self-lubricating protective sleeve. The KIT version does not require adjustment of the servo stroke during installation, effectively protecting the servo and achieving debugging free operation, making it very friendly to new model users.
The 2024 EMO AT4 PRO axles have all been upgraded to reinforced formula materials, which have undergone strength testing at extreme low temperatures in various regions (including minus 30 degrees Celsius), significantly improving their strength compared to the first generation.





Fully utilized materials:
A seemingly slow climbing car is amplified by multi-level gears to increase the torque of the motor layer by layer, making the handling more linear and easier to climb obstacles. So gear strength is very important, and we extensively use powder metallurgy teeth made of high carbon steel raw materials to match with integrated cutting formed gears. The first level reduction adopts imported nylon material injection molded large teeth and adds a slip limiting mechanism. The vehicle's transmission is both rigid and flexible, and the operating noise is also well controlled.
The climbing car is a model that can be played anywhere and can adapt to various harsh environments, so we have chosen ABEC3 level (oil/esports off-road vehicle usage level) bearings as standard equipment. In ordinary climbing off-road scenarios, bearings are basically maintenance free.
EMO adopts a tooth embedded differential lock, with a powder metallurgy chuck and a high-quality aluminum alloy CNC processed hard male shift fork, which is smooth and sturdy.
For the shaft system, we also consider durability, efficiency, and quietness. The drive shaft adopts a combination of steel universal joints and tough nylon, which is sturdy and silent while reducing the load on the shaft. The axle half shaft is cut from precision steel and made of bearing steel PIN, which is smooth and reliable.

Shock absorbers are an important assembly that affects the posture and support strength of a climbing vehicle. The body of the EMO shock absorber is made of high-quality aluminum alloy CNC machining, and the spring adopts a dual pitch integrated spring. The front section is flexible and has a posture, while the rear section ensures support. After repeated testing on different sites and in combination with the front to rear weight ratio of the AT4 model, the front spring is selected as 1.0x2.87-4.42lbs; The rear spring is selected as 0.9x1.32-2.65lbs. Recommended shock-absorbing oil: 30W 375CST (original car standard) for posture crossing; Use 45W 560CST for low-speed difficulty climbing.

To improve the grip performance during climbing, EMO tires use specially formulated raw materials, combined with customized high-density sponge inner tubes, to achieve the softest level while ensuring support. The size reaches 120/45 1.9. Compared with imported professional tires, the performance of these tires is comparable, providing players with high cost performance products and saving upgrade costs. At the same time, the KIT version comes standard with counterweight metal tire clamping wheels, which combine performance and texture.
The EMO AT4 is a simulation climbing car that is easy to install, emphasizes both appearance and performance, and has multifunctional entertainment and both interior and exterior repair. The shell and decorative configuration are not lacking.
